Jazzy make-up base and brush cleaner

Just a quick and short post about this product I discovered yesterday. While looking for the Jazzy brow gel, I saw this Jazzy make-up base and caught my full attention since I was eager to buy a face primer/base. And I say, it works for me! My make-up last from 3pm-10pm, cause the wedding ended early and I took a bath of course washed my face.

* 749.00
* consistency: Not liquidy but it looks liquidy, which is a plus for me! When you use it, the consistency is so much like Oil but it isn't and dries quickly which is good for "to go" looks.
* 120ml
* doesnt make my skin oily
* available at SM dept stores

Jazzy brush cleaner

Since I'm here for vacation I really dont have time to clean my brushes just the way I do it. So I tried this product, and it worka pretty well! Good for spot cleaning, and for me that is always on the go. Hahaha

* Php 399.00
* works well
* value for money 8/10
* available at SM dept stores

I love this products!! Glad I found it.. :)

A sweet gift from a sweet lady!

A very good friend of mine, also my "kumare" ninang of my baby gave me a sweet present, I was so surprised when I open the present. She knows what to give me, since she reads my blog she knew I was into make-up and all. So she gave me this Brush cleaner from The Body Shop, I never knew they have a brush cleaner, just now. And I'm pretty much excited to use it! I was actually planning to buy the brush cleaner from Jazzy collections, but I think I don't need to now. Thanks to my kumare hihi :)
And she also got me a pastel nail polish from Essie in the shade of Sugar Daddy. It's a super cute pastel pink colour, I'm excited to use it too!!

Simple blessings make me happy. Blessed with loving family and friends I mean what can you ask for this Christmas?

Thanks for dropping by friends!! I'll be gone for a while, but maybe I can post some short blogs while enjoying the Holidays in Philippines. Ohhhhh here I come...... :-)

DIY Brush guards, save save save!

I was wanting to buy brush guards, I know it's not a waste of money cause it will make your brushes last long. But isn't too pricey to buy when you have a lot of brushes? So I found this DIY brush guards that can help you save a lot of money! *Happy me* :)
Things you need:

Non-slip Mat
Needle
Thread
Pair of scissors

What is a non-slip mat? It's basically just a mat, that you can use in the kitchen or bathroom. You can easily find this at any Grocery or Department store. In the Philippines, you can purchase this at Japan home center, or Daiso shop. If you're familiar with that, I bought mine here in Norway TGR shop for 10kr which is roughly Php70.00.

It's gonna be easy as 1 2 3!

So let's get started?

1. Cut a portion of non-slip mat, just the right size to fit your brush. Measure it, we want our brush guards to be FIT. If not, it's not gonna help your brushes to be intact and dense.

2. After measuring the mat, cut the excess.

3. Sew the two edges together, be careful!

Voila! Instant DIY brush guard!

* You can even personalise it by using your favourite colour and the best part is, you can actually save you shrinking wallet! Christmas is coming, you might want to save up! :)

Here's a quick video on this tutorial.

Thanks for dropping by guys!
